pt received 2nd HPV and 1st meningitis (Menquadfi) vaccines and within 15 seconds of receiving both vaccines she had a seizure for about 8 seconds. she recovered well and was observed for 30 minutes. she has a hx of focal epilepsy and was on seizure medications for a few years and was seizure free for 3 years. she came off her medications 6 months ago.
