Symptom narrative

Patient reports he received the first dose of Shingrix on May 2024 and his second dose on September 3, 2025.; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of drug dose administration interval too long in a 69-year-old male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (1st dose received in May 2024). On 03-SEP-2025, the patient received the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On 03-SEP-2025, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced drug dose administration interval too long (Verbatim: Patient reports he received the first dose of Shingrix on May 2024 and his second dose on September 3, 2025.). The outcome of the drug dose administration interval too long was not applicable.
