she got shingles after receiving the vaccine; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of shingles in a 83-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced shingles (Verbatim: she got shingles after receiving the vaccine ). The outcome of the shingles was not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the shingles to be related to Shingrix. Linked case(s) involving the same patient: US2025136420 Additional Information: GSK receipt date: 20-OCT-2025 The patient stated that she had another shingles vaccine years ago (no specific date provided - pre-existing Shingrix), and she got shingles after receiving the vaccine (pre-existing Shingrix). The patient did not have any paperwork to provide lot/expiry/NDC/Route of Administration. The batch number was not provided and a request for this information has been made.
