Symptom narrative

three Months old was given the Kinrix; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 3-month-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number 4L454, expiry date 16-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 10-NOV-2025, the patient received Kinrix. On 10-NOV-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: three Months old was given the Kinrix). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration was not applicable.
