I had my Shingles vaccine on Monday November 10. That night I slept for 12 hours, which is highly unusual for me. The next day, Tuesday the 11th, I had 2 episodes of violent vomiting and explosive diarrhea. That night, I had a diarrhea episode every 10 minutes or so for the entire night so didn't sleep at all because constantly running to the bathroom. I still am having the diarrhea (48 hours later), although the frequency has subsided (the vomiting was only that first day). I am also on Zepbound, but do NOT ever have these side effects from that medication and have been on it for the last 5 months so am very adapted to it. I have no other symptoms and am not sick in any way. I do wonder if this could be a reaction of the Shingles vaccine and the Zepbound?
