got the first dose almost 3 years ago; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a female patient who did not receive Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (received first dose 3 years ago). The patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. The patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: got the first dose almost 3 years ago). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 12-NOV-2025 Reporter stated that a female patient got the first dose almost 3 years ago and asked if it is necessary to restart the full vaccine series again.
