Symptom narrative

The patient called the pharmacy on 11/07/25 complaining of pain in arm from receiving a second dose of Shingrix. She said it was worse the day before and is better now, but still painful and a little swollen. Because patient feeling better, she was counseled to use a cold pack and take benadryl. She was instructed to go to the doctor if the pain gets worse.
