On 14-Sep-2024, the patient started therapy with Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL9), dose number 1, (lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis. The patient has not received her second dose. The reporter stated she was unaware why the patient had a delayed second dose but stated it was probably that she forgot (inappropriate schedule of product administration).
