Patient was co-administered two "Hib" vaccines; patient was administered PEDVAX HIB and VAXELIS concomitantly; Patient was co-administered two "Hib" vaccines; patient was administered PEDVAX HIB and VAXELIS concomitantly; This non-serious spontaneous safety report, with reference number 02905156 (Interaction Number 02905155), was received by partner on 12-NOV-2025 and forwarded on 13-NOV-2025 from a nurse. Due to the nature of the event, the causality between the event ‘Patient was co-administered two "Hib" vaccines; patient was administered PEDVAX HIB and VAXELIS concomitantly' and Vaxelis was not applicable. Further information is expected.
