Symptom narrative

erythema extending from shoulder to elbow with swelling, warmth and itchiness in area below location of vaccine. No hives, no respiratory issue. Also notes small swelling under chin. These began after hot shower. Seen in Urgent Care and advised to use ibuprofen, cool compress and will have follow-up in 3 days
