HAD 2 BROTHERS BOTH GETTING AFLURIA, SO I HAD 2 SETS OF SYRINGES/NEEDLES. I VACCINATED THE OLDER BROTHER FIRST BUT WHEN I VACCINATED PATIENT I ACCIDENTLY USED THE SYRINGE/NEEDLE THAT I USED ON HIS BROTHER. I THEN PROPERLY VACCINATED PATIENT BUT UNFORTUNATELY HE GOT STUCK WITH USED NEEDLE
