Symptom narrative

Patient Called 9am on 11/14/25 to reports vaccine caused itchy hands, hives on the necks, and crust blood shot eyes. Symptoms began after shot yester 11/13/25. Patient reports that she took 1/2 a benadryl at midnight and still has symptoms of allergic reaction.
