Symptom narrative

My 11yr old daughter developed red, itchy blotches/hives all over her body about 11 to 12 hours after receiving the tdap vaccine. I gave her an antihistamine, and they subsided for the most part. 24 hours after the vaccination, she still had a couple of bumps.

Sore throat, fever, and achy a few days prior to tdap vaccination
