Symptom narrative

Patient reports woke up morning after receiving flu vaccine and could not move neck. Also reports pain in shoulder blade, severe pain in arm below injection site, and numbness and itching near should blade and under breast. Pt states has received multiple flu vaccines in the past with no adverse reaction. Reports neck pain has improved but still experiencing symptoms.
