Symptom narrative

Had the vaccine, just normal muscles aches. But then 5 days letter it got red and hot. I went to urgent care they gave me a steriod cream. im on the 4th week and I have lumps in there and it hurts and its brusing and it goes in and out of hot and its not red anymore its purple-ish.
