Symptom narrative

Patient was given injection in right arm the morning of 11/12/2025. Patient says the symptoms of adverse event started the morning of 11/13/2025. Patient reported to the pharmacy on 11/14/2025 that her right shoulder was in extreme pain. She states she cannot move shoulder in any direction without pain and the shoulder is painful to the touch. Patient states no redness but some swelling of shoulder and into the chest.
