Symptom narrative

High fever/chills at approx. 0100 11/13, and resulting febrile seizure at 0200. EMS called, pt transferred to ED. Treated with Versed 0.1mg/kg but had a second seizure at 02:50 and was treated with Keppra 22mg/kg and transferred to Hospital. She was observed there in the ICU as precaution. No subsequent seizures, discharged at approx. 1500 11/23. Seen by myself (primary MD) at 1900 and doing well without further seizures.

Current illness

Diarrhea, tested 11/3/25 and negative for Salmonella/Shigella/Campylobacter/Shiga Toxin, presumed viral and improving 11/12.
