Symptom narrative

Extreme, chronic fatigue, limb, weakness, fevers, shortness of breath, extreme thirst, muscle, and full body aches and pains, migraines, neuropathy in arms and legs, palpitations, cardiac like events that were ruled out,other neurological symptoms, shortness of breath, swollen tongue, sleep apnea, mass at the base of the tongue,internal body, tremors, zaps of pain, mostly in legs and arms, hair, loss, dry skin,. Diagnosis by rheumatologist so far has been chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, and IGG 4 RD. Prescribe gabapentin, which has helped with restorative sleep and pain. No other treatments have been found successful for the chronic fatigue and the limb weakness.. Multiple x-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and blood tests have been performed frequently over the last 4 to 5 years.

Lab data

CT scans and MRIs have shown masses in the parotid gland at the base of the neck. Small spots in the kidney, liver, pancreas. Blood work has shown elevated levels of RBC IGG4.
