Symptom narrative

Patient experienced a circular red spot localized at injection with a diameter 3 inches. Spot was red, but not elevated nor hot to the spot. Patient woke up later that day with headache, aches, lethargy, malaise lasting approximately 24 hours. Patient is fine now. No notable symptoms or lasting effects.
