Symptom narrative

After high dose influenza vaccination 2 Thursdays ago (October 30, afternoon dose) I developed slightly more constitutional symptoms after the shot (muscle aches and flu - like symptoms), then on the 2nd day developed diarrhea for 2 days, then improved. On day 7 (November 6, noon) I noted at lunch that my taste had changed, and by the next day my mouth seemed out of balance when talking. The next day I had weakness in the whole left side of the face and was seen in ED by Dr and diagnosed and treated for Bell's palsy. I was completely well and performing my job fully prior to this year's flu vaccination.
