Symptom narrative

Patient said it started with muscle pain the night after injection and moved to her lung area. Complained of lung pain on the right side with no cough, just trouble sleeping and laying flat. She did state she has also had a headache since the day after injection. Encouraged the patient to visit her primary doctor.
