Symptom narrative

Vaccination received on September 18, 2025. Symptoms of fatigue, muscle weakness, and headache prompted an urgent care visit on October 15th. Patient received IV fluids and was sent home. She returned the next day with worsening symptoms (new onset leg numbness), and previous day's labwork showed elevated liver enzymes and an enlarged spleen. She was sent to (withheld) Medical Center in (withheld) on October 19th due to inability to walk, chest pain, and slurred speech. She received IV IG from 10/20-10/24 with suspicion of GBS. She was transferred to (withheld) on November 3rd to receive plasmapheresis. Patient is currently receiving plasmapheresis therapy. She is currently on hospital stay day #25.
