Symptom narrative

The patients wife told us that 24 hours after getting the vaccine, the patient developed a rash on torso, both arms and back. It lasted for 2-3 days, he took benadryl and used a topical anti-itch cream to help with the rash. It slowly went away. On 10/31/25 the patient couldn't sleep because of the itching and called Dr over the weekend. By the end of the weekend the patient was feeling better. On 11/3/25 the Dr called in a medrol dose pack.
