Unapproved age; received kinrix when he should have received Tdap and Polio separately; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate age at vaccine administration in a 8-year-old male patient who received DTPa-IPV (Kinrix) (batch number YN2X2, expiry date 16-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. Co-suspect products included DTPa (Reduced antigen) (Tdap Vaccine) for prophylaxis and Polio vaccine for prophylaxis. On 21-OCT-2025, the patient received Kinrix. The patient did not receive Tdap Vaccine and Polio vaccine. On 21-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Kinrix, the patient experienced inappropriate age at vaccine administration (Verbatim: Unapproved age) and wrong vaccine administered (Verbatim: received kinrix when he should have received Tdap and Polio separately). The outcome of the inappropriate age at vaccine administration and wrong vaccine administered were not applicable.
