Patient was in to get three different vaccinations but patient passed out after getting Havrix A dose. I saw right after the dose patient was going out so I held his Neck and made sure that his head secured and started asking if he was okay but patient did not respond for 3-5 seconds but was was breathing okay. once he regained the consciousness, he did not know anything but felt like puking so we had provided him the bag and he vomited. we had observed the patient for at least 20 mins and during that time we provided some water and Orange juice to ensure patient feels okay, during the observation period I was taking to patient and realized that patient did not eat anything since morning and had strenuous exercise at Gym. we walked the patient out of privacy area once he was okay. asked about calling EMS but patient denied.
