Symptom narrative

Pt says her arm hurt for a couple of days after the vaccine. She felt like she had the flu. Severe headache, dizzy, severe tooth pain, nose mucus, sore throat, chest pain, stomach pain, exhaustion, ear pain, aches and pains all over. She went to urgent care and was referred to go to hospital. Her doctor prescribed amoxicillin and Aciclovir. She felt terrible and is some better but still has chest congestion, dizziness, headache and fever.
