I woke up at 1:00 am on November 8th with the chills. It started mildly but quickly went up and down my spine and swirled around my body. I got up to put on a second pair of pajamas, so I was wearing two. I turned my heated blanket all the way up. And added another blanket on top. I shivered with the chills til about 10:00 am. By 10: 30 am, the subsequent headache was so bad it was explosive. I took two 500mg Tylenol, and two 400 mg ibuprofen. There was no change in the pain, so I took another dose of the same at 1:00 pm. The headache was somewhat manageable til 5:00 pm. I took another dose of the same, and went to bed. I slept til 3:00 am. When I woke up at that time, i felt much better. Since November 8th, i wake up with a severe e enough headache each morning to take the tylenol-ibuprofen regamine. I will mark "yes" on #20 but only because I am somewhat recovered.
