Symptom narrative

Patient reported adverse effect post COVID & High Dose Flu administration. He states he had a bad headache and checked his blood pressure and it had jumped to 215/80, and he sought medical attention. His provider changed his blood pressure doses AND added in a new medication and his blood pressure is still not back down to normal.
