Symptom narrative

Patient got the Immunizations Fluzone HD and Nuvaxoid on 10/17/2025 at 11.05 am and on 10/19 around 12.00 noon he started having a red itchy rash starting from the Torso which spread to the extremities. He came to the Pharmacy today 11/14/2025 to show me. He said he went to the Dermatologist and are still trying to figure out what is causing this, but he believes it's probably from the vaccine (Nuvaxoid) since it was the first time he has had it. He is currently taking Loratidine for the rash. I will call him tomorrow to check on him, he believes the rash is getting better but it's still itchy and visible.
