Symptom narrative

patient reported swelling in the arm and the injection area was red. The patient also reported pain at the injection site. patient was evaluated and counseled to ice the area and take some Benadryl as well as some otc pain meds like Tylenol or ibuprofen. patient was advised to monitor the area and if the symptoms don't subside within a few days or if they were to get worse, that the patient will need to get evaluated in her doctor office.
