eyelid swelling; Fever; body aches; This non-serious case was reported by a pharmacist via call center representative and described the occurrence of fever in a 53-year-old female patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) (batch number Y357R, expiry date 06-JUN-2027) for prophylaxis. On 04-NOV-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingles vaccine (intramuscular, left arm) .5 ml. On 04-NOV-2025, less than a day after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced fever (Verbatim: Fever) and general body pain (Verbatim: body aches). On 05-NOV-2025, the patient experienced swelling of eyelid (Verbatim: eyelid swelling). On 05-NOV-2025, the outcome of the fever and general body pain were resolved (duration 1 day). The outcome of the swelling of eyelid was resolved. It was unknown if the reporter considered the fever, general body pain and swelling of eyelid to be related to Shingles vaccine.
