Symptom narrative

swelling; Itching; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via call center representative and described the occurrence of swelling in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. In NOV-2025, the patient received the 1st dose of Shingrix. In NOV-2025, less than a week after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced swelling (Verbatim: swelling) and pruritus (Verbatim: Itching). The outcome of the swelling and pruritus were not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the swelling and pruritus to be related to Shingrix. It was unknown if the company considered the swelling and pruritus to be related to Shingrix. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 11-NOV-2025 This case was reported by a patient via interactive digital media. The patient received the vaccine a weeks ago and had swelling and itching. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
