Arm is very red; Arm very itchy spreading to almost the elbow; This non-serious case was reported by a consumer via interactive digital media and described the occurrence of erythema of extremities in a patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingles vaccine) for prophylaxis. On an unknown date, the patient received Shingles vaccine. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingles vaccine, the patient experienced erythema of extremities (Verbatim: Arm is very red) and pruritus (Verbatim: Arm very itchy spreading to almost the elbow). The outcome of the erythema of extremities and pruritus were not reported. It was unknown if the reporter considered the erythema of extremities and pruritus to be related to Shingles vaccine. It was unknown if the company considered the erythema of extremities and pruritus to be related to Shingles vaccine. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 12-NOV-2025 I had Shingles vaccine and patient's arm was very red, itchy and spreading to almost the elbow. The batch number was not provided, and we are unable to contact the reporter.
