Penmenvy liquid portion alone administration; Penmenvy liquid portion alone administration; This non-serious case was reported by a nurse via call center representative and described the occurrence of inappropriate preparation of medication in a 17-year-old female patient who received Men ABCWY NVS (Penmenvy) (batch number 5S723, expiry date 08-OCT-2026) for prophylaxis. On 15-OCT-2025, the patient received Penmenvy. On 15-OCT-2025, an unknown time after receiving Penmenvy, the patient experienced inappropriate preparation of medication (Verbatim: Penmenvy liquid portion alone administration) and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered (Verbatim: Penmenvy liquid portion alone administration). The outcome of the inappropriate preparation of medication and inappropriate dose of vaccine administered were not applicable. This report is made by GSK without prejudice and does not imply any admission or liability for the incident or its consequences. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 17-OCT-2025 A registered nurse asked for recommendations on the administration of only the liquid portion of Penmenvy. The Vaccine Administration Facility is the same as Primary Reporter.
