Symptom narrative

left arm became excruciatingly painful. Can no full raise arm or move. Even homeostasis, pain is persistent.; This is a spontaneous report received from a Consumer or other non HCP. A 50-year-old male patient received pneumococcal 20-val conj vac (dipht CRM197 protein) (PREVNAR 20), on 10Nov2025 at 17:45 as dose 1, single (Lot number: MG7423) at the age of 50 years intramuscular, in left arm for immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Elevated LDL" (unspecified if ongoing); "Bradycardia" (unspecified if ongoing); "stage 1 hypertension" (unspecified if ongoing); "elevated glucose" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: ZEPBOUND, start date: 03Oct2025; TDAP, on 09Oct2025 as dose number unknown, single. The following information was reported: PAIN IN EXTREMITY (non-serious) with onset 10Nov2025 at 22:30, outcome "recovering", described as "left arm became excruciatingly painful. Can no full raise arm or move. Even homeostasis, pain is persistent.". Therapeutic measures were taken as a result of pain in extremity. Additional information: It was reported that no pain upon injection. After 4 hours, left arm became excruciatingly painful. Can no full raise arm or move. Even homeostasis, pain is persistent. Took ibuprofen which has help subside the overall arm pain. The patient did not receive any other vaccines on the same date as the vaccine(s) for which reported. The patient was taking other medications within 2 weeks of the event starting .
