Symptom narrative

General malaise, (lack of energy) chills, insomnia/difficulty sleeping like she was on steroids, hot spot that travels ~2" down arm, redness (injection site), arm swelling (injection site), itching (injection site) that started the day of vaccination (11/20/25) and has progressively decreased with time. She was still bothered with arm itching, arm pain and feeling tired at times. I suggested OTC Arnica gel for pain and Hydrocortisone cram for topically itching. Pt reported evnt during visit to oharmacy on Thursday, 11/13/25
