Symptom narrative

I received both the influenza shot and the Shingrix shot on 10/15/25. On 10/17/25 when I went to bed, I laid my head down on my right side, I immediately became very dizzy and experienced my eyes swirling in my head. When I got up I was very off balanced and unable to walk. I sat down on a chair and waited a few minutes and the symptoms subsided. I was okay the rest of the day while upright. I assumed it was a side effect of the two vaccines I received two days prior. These symptoms have continued daily though less aggressively when I lay down on my right side which I now avoid. I saw my GP doctor on 11/12/25 who sent me to an ENT, Dr who confirmed I am experiencing Cupulolithiasis. (BPPV).. Dr prescribed Meclizine 25 mg.
