Symptom narrative

When I awoke on the third day after the shot, I could not use my left arm. It was limp. I could not lift it. I forced myself to try to use it in the following days and it got slightly better, however, it was very painful in the area above my elbow. To this day, over a year later, my upper left arm is not as strong and has been so painful I received two steroid shots to ease the pain.
