Inserted needle to administer vaccine into left arm and patient pulled arm away removing needle, no dose was successfully administered. Discarded needle and vaccine and successfully administered dose into right arm. Patient had minor scratch/laceration on right arm from the needle sliding against his arm when he withdrew it.
