15-30 minutes after administration, patient experienced lower back pain and body aches. Later that night at approximately 1800, patient experienced dizziness, headache, and nauseousness. The next day, patient felt improved with lingering slight dizziness and achy. No other symptoms on 11/12 at 0800 when calling office. The patient was advised to take zyrtec and ibuprofen and if persistent symptoms, return to clinic. Mom reports patient improved with medications given and cancelled appointment recheck for 11/13. However, patient decided to go to work that PM in which he began experiencing dizziness, headache, and nauseousness. Mom took ibuprofen and zyrtec to the patient at work and he continued to work. On 11/14 patient returned to office for recheck due to persistent dizziness, headache, and nauseousness. Patient reported dizziness as feeling "lightheaded". Denied other symptoms including fever, URI symptoms, vision changes, vomiting, diarrhea, numbness/tingling, neck pain/stiffness. No history of injury. Patient was further examined the on-call physician, Dr. in which a medrol dose pack was prescribed and patient advised to continue po ibuprofen and zyrtec. Patient is to return to clinic if persistent symptoms. Patient is to go to the ER if worsening symptoms or red flag symptoms develop as discussed.
