Symptom narrative

Large red, swollen area noted by patient 2 days after administration of injection. She presented to an urgent care and was treated for cellulitis for a probable cellulitis infection. Given cephalexin 500 mg 4 times daily for 7 days. Symptoms are resolving. She had received her annual flu and covid vaccine on 10/11/2025

H/o DVT and PE, hidradenitis, hypertension, diabetes Type 2 , depression

Other medications

Metoprolol Succinate 100 mg daily , tirzepatide 15 mg weekly, Fenofibrate 145 mg daily, Metformin 1000 mg daily, triamterene-HCTZ 37.5-25 daily, pantoprazole 40 mg daily, Apixaban 5 mg twice daily, sertraline 100 mg daily, clindamycin 1%
