Symptom narrative

After receiving shingrix on 11/4/25 vaccinee's wife reported the vaccinee woke up with left side of his face swollen and sweeling in the left eye socket and mouth and lips. Denies fever or chills. Spouse reported they went to the urgent care and the vaccinee was treated with a steriod shot, a prednisone dose pack and 2 benedyrl. on 1/5/2025 still experienced pain behind the left eye, head and neck discomfort and pressure in eye area. Continued to take prednisone and tylenol. Symptoms gradually resolved by 11/15/25. 1st shingrix given on 9/03/2025 no issues noted after the 1st vaccine that was noted
