Symptom narrative

pt sent in a message: "Quick question: it's been about 13 days since my Hep b injection and I'm still experiencing very minor soreness/tenderness and the arm is still a little stiff/sire to move. At the time of injection there was almost no pain/soreness (it seemed like a very good injection). There is no redness/discoloration. Soreness is in muscle. Again, it's very minor and not a concern from a pain management perspective but I thought I'd check in about it anyways because of the longevity. Any concerns? Thanks!"
