Symptom narrative

After receiving both vaccines, the patient fainted about 7 seconds. Per patient, she is anemic that she is prone to faint (normally faints after blood draw) however it was her first time fainting after vaccinations. The patient was with her parents at the time of vaccination and stayed about 15 minutes in a separate counseling room and follow up on the next day via phone call on which the patient stated that she is doing well.
