Symptom narrative

Patient noticed soreness that night at 6pm. She notice a red line across her left arm on 11/14/2025. The red line spread in spots down the arm with inflammation. Patient went to urgent care on Monday and was diagnosed with cellulitis and given an Rx for cephalexin. Patient has no systemic symptoms, just local symptoms as of 11/17/25.
