Symptom narrative

Patient received flu shot on 11/12/25. On 11/17, she presented to pharmacy with a Dark blue/purple/black bruise across her arm where injection was given - about 2.5 inches up and down and 5 inches across. Yellow around edges of bruise. Does not hurt or burn. It has grown in size over the last couple of days.
