Patient reported dizziness on drive home. then around 3 hours later her arm that she had the flu shot in became itchy and a welt under the injection site. Patient took a Benadryl. I called patient in morning, she reported itching had stopped but later that night she had developed hives under her arm and waist. she stated that the hives were gone that morning.
