Vaccine history was originally unknown, so that is why they provided another dose of VAQTA.; This spontaneous report was received from a physician and refers to a(n) 4-year-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On an unknown date, the patient had already completed the two-dose series of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA) (formulation, lot #, expiration date, exact dose, route of administration and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis. On 21-Oct-2025, the patient was vaccinated with another dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA), lot #Z003748, expiration date: 08-Jul-2026 (formulation, exact dose, route of administration and anatomical location were not provided) for prophylaxis.
