The patient's medical history, allergies, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 21-Oct-2025 (reported as 3 days ago), the patient was vaccinated with Pneumococcal 21-valent Conjugate Vaccine (lot # and expiration date were not reported as prophylaxis, but it has been cold there so she has been wearing long sleeve shirts so she just noticed on 24-Oct-2025 a reaction. She reported her arm hurt and the upper part of her arm was red, swollen and itches. On an unspecified day in October 2025, the patient experienced vaccination site pain, erythema, pruritus and swelling. She reported she couldn't believe how red and swollen it was. She reported the swelling was not at the injection site but lower towards her bicep (conflicting information as upper part of her arm was itches). She also reported the person that administered the vaccine gave it high. She has not sought medical attention or self-treatment at this time. She reported the symptoms are just that arm and she was not having any difficulty breathing. At the time of the report, the patient had not recovered from the events. The action taken with the suspect vaccine regarding the events was not applicable. The causal relationship between the events and the suspect vaccine was not reported.
