Symptom narrative

No additional AE reported; Caller received a prescription today, 11/6/2025, for a 75 year old male patient for GARDASIL 9. Caller has not filled prescription, however filing precautionary AE as caller could not confirm if the patient had received prior doses; This spontaneous report was received from a pharmacist and refers to a 75-year-old male patient. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 06-NOV-2025, the reporter received a prescription from an unknown date in 2025, for the administration of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL®9) to the patient (Product prescribing issue). The reporter did not filled the prescription but could not confirm if patient had received prior doses of GARDASIL 9. No additional adverse events reported.
